Teletrade Service Center (TSC) has been an integral part of the holding’s oldest subsidiary, Teletrade Computer Systems (TCS), since the early beginnings in 1993. In fact, the service center was one of the major competitive advantages that have enabled TCS to position itself in the market, as not only a hardware solutions company, but also a services company that would guarantee customer satisfaction by offering technical support and after sale services.
The same still applies today with only one difference, the service center which has become an independent business unit that provides support to TCS’ customers while being open to the market, and providing its services there too.
Furthermore, the service center has also added onto its IT related services, a department that services Telecommunication systems and another department that provides services to all types of security systems such as CCTV, Access Control etc.
Throughout the years, TSC has managed to meet the required standards of operation and services, as set by some of the largest multinational vendors such as HP, Acer, and Cyberoam, and has hence acquired the authorization to service their products in Lebanon, as part of a very few elite companies who have the privilege of receiving such accreditations.
The company is currently operated by over 60 employees who share the vision of excellence in service, and strive hard to keep TSC positioned as the leading IT service center in Lebanon.
Last but not least, the company acquired the ISO 9001 certification in 2005 and has since, maintained a complaint management system to the highest international quality standards.
